Join our team today. br br br br br Supervisor, Performance Auditing brMurray, Utah br brThe Supervisor, Performance Auditing is responsible for supervising the performance audit function to ensure that administrative processes and systems are administered and departmental performance standards are achieved. Working closely with operational leadership, this position ensures that performance audits are conducted in accordance with MSAs.SOC1 and operational policy and procedures. The Supervisor, Performance Auditing monitors performance audit statistics and guidelines to assure that continuity and integrity is maintained, and facilitates the communication of results and trends with comprehensive reporting mechanisms. br brPrinciple Accountabilities br Develop and ensure processes for timely and accurate processing of performance audits and inputting of pertinent audit data timely br Coordinate audits for multiple clients within the organization br Implement and monitor performance standards for the Performance Auditing functional areas br Develop management reports for tracking performance audit statistics and trend data br Evaluate audit results for trends whereby new training programs can be developed br Maintain Performance Auditing Data Management Tool in partnership with Analytics and Business Intelligence in achieving departmental goals br Partner with leadership in operations departments to ensure quality service br Builds and maintains relationships with leadership to ensure a coordinated effort to measuring performance in the departments br brExperienceKnowledgeSkills br A min of 3yrs background with HMO health care payment delivery is preferred and should include responsibilities of performance auditing function, and leading and directing staff to accomplish specific goals br Extensive current expertise of Health Maintenance Organizations HMOs, clinical operations and billing and accounts receivable br 3 or more years leading performance audit projects or supervisory background is preferred br Expertise to communicate effectively and diplomatically with health care business executives and staff at all levels of the organization br Demonstrated skills in planning, organization, managing and training br Analytical and problem-solving skills br brEducation br Bachelors degree or equivalent combination or relevant work background in business, auditing or health administration is preferred Sutter Physician Services offers a competitive salary and full benefits package.
