We are looking for an experienced Processor in our Midvale Branch Office. Successful Candidates must possess the following; •Experience in FHA, VA, Bond loan programs along with conforming and non-conforming. •2 years experience in the mortgage banking industry and a thorough understanding of principles, practices and regulations applicable to real estate and mortgage lending, loan application and lending documentation, credit reports and income and asset calculations. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving ability as well as an aptitude for math. •Must have experience and proficient using Automated Underwriting systems, i.e. DU, LP Asset Wise , Emits, Docutech, Point and Calyx. •Able to work with multiple parties to ensure accuracy and timely completion of files •Able to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines.
