Key Duties - Establish Credit Limits for New Customers Maintain Credit Limits for Existing Customers Process Sales Orders Over Credit and on Credit Hold Collect Past Due Invoices per Company Policy via email, fax and phone Process Cash Applications Checks and Credit Cards Process Credit Memos per Company Policy Responsible for Daily Reports Sales Order and Daily Orders New Customer Set-up Customer Maintenance Resolve Customer Disputes Research Customer Deductions Desired Requirements- Advanced Excel Skills Outstanding communication abilities Previous Customer Service Background Helpful Previous Commercial Collection Background No Consumer Collections Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Background Previous ERP Software Preferably MAS Oracle, SAP Works well independently and with Teams This position is full time, 800 AM-500 PM, Monday-Friday.
