The successful applicant will have a can do attitude and will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls which are basic and routine. You will use a computerized system to gather info and your job may include selling responsibilities. Description Responsible for handling inbound calls from delinquent customers or outbound collection calls. Uses computerized system to gather details regarding the customers delinquent account in order to secure payment on past due monies. Handles customer accounts in a past due collections status, using negotiation skills to bring the account current. Answer inquiries, resolves problems, and promote productsservices. Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, andor services.
