2000 Terry Fleetwood RV Trailer - 21Ft in Salt Lake City, UT

It's a great deal ! She is beauty for that price and she is ready to go ! I had purchased that Trailer from beautiful family in Salt lake City 3 months ago and hauled to that location for temporary purpose to stay in Utah without spent so much at Hotels. They(last owner) really meticulous family had kept clean and working in order so do I, I have just replaced kitchen faucet with chrome type, bought some spare parts such as drink water filter, extra electrical parts, proper sewer hose connections, nice fresh water hose, pressure regulator, tank hygiene products, extra propane tank and that's it. Everything is working in order; AC, fans, water heater, all plumbings, oven, stove, microwave, all illuminations, gas leak alarm sensors, Tv connections, Radio and CD player and etc.. No defects !Non-Smoking Unit. Model 2000 but you can't tell since she has been very good taking care of !Meanwhile, she can also give very good accommodation up to 6 person family, Let's say 2 adults and 4 kids for a comfortable adventure. One queen size bed for 2 , 2 bank beds for kids ( upto 150 LB), also dinner table with chairs can convert to 1 person bed, top cupboard can convert to a 1 person bed too. Well, isn't that cool ! (Pls see pictures for more details )Currently trailer located in KOA VIP campsite on North Temple Street and I stay in here, actually I have been living in here since I purchased her so city water, AC and sewer is all connected. I have already experienced winter condition with her without any problem. Reason That I want to sell her because I will move to Houston,Tx and unfortunately I don't have proper vehicle to haul down her to that far south.
