1991 40' Capri Fifth Wheel in Salt Lake City, Utah For Sale

This is a 1991 Capri Presidential Fifth Wheel, 40 feet, 3 axle with one slide out. Great shape, no damage inside or outside, the slide out works great too. Needing to sell it because I need a more permanent location closer to work so I have no use for a fifth wheel anymore. I'm selling it for $10,500 because of all the extra stuff that comes with it. 2 Recliners, tv stand, desk, computer chair, cooking supplies, 2 electric heaters, 2 vacuums, $500 brand new water heater, 4 jacks, plus 2 built onto the back, fifth wheel hitch for the pickup, two propane tanks,washer and dryer, central cooling and heating, plus all of the hookups.
